Samples FAQs
We recommend providing reference samples so we can create precise counter-samples for your approval. Alternatively, we can develop prototypes from sketches, photos, or CAD files. Please ensure you include your specific size requirements to guarantee a perfect fit.
The leadtime is usually 3-7 days after all details are confirmed.

We charge 2.5 to 3 times the estimated production price for new samples. This fee is fully reimbursed once you place a bulk order with us.

Payments can be securely made via PayPal or Wire Transfer, and clients are responsible for arranging the sample shipment.

Quotation FAQs
For the most accurate pricing, we prefer a detailed tech pack. However, our experienced team can also provide estimates based on physical samples, clear photos, or design sketches. Simply share your vision, and we will work out the details for you.
Initial quotes are preliminary estimates based on provided details. Final production pricing is confirmed only after sample approval, as factors like fabric consumption and final packaging requirements may impact the total cost.
While a full chart helps speed up size grading, you can simply provide basic measurements (bust, waist, hip, etc.) from a fit model. Our team can handle the professional grading for all other required sizes to ensure a consistent fit.
We typically provide quotes within 24 hours of receiving your full inquiry. If specialized fabrics or complex finishes are required, please allow an extra day for verification.
We value every partnership. If our initial quote is above your target, please let us know; we can often achieve your price point by suggesting alternative fabric or construction techniques.

Pattern Making – We create graded patterns from your designs using CAD technology.
